1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing this website, requesting a territory scope, or engaging Zylix.ai ("we", "us", or "our") for digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service under the laws of England and Wales.

2. Scope of Services

Zylix provides digital infrastructure, custom website construction, lead qualification filters, and conversion consulting specifically tailored for UK electrical contractors. Detailed project deliverables, scope milestones, and turnaround schedules are formalized upon project initiation.

3. Territory Exclusivity Policy

Where agreed under a formal active retainer or deployment package, Zylix guarantees geographical exclusivity within defined postcode prefixes. Exclusivity remains contingent upon active commercial standing and prompt adherence to milestone agreements.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final settlement of project fees, full legal ownership of bespoke website assets, written electrical copy, and domain configurations transfers directly to the client. Zylix retains ownership of internal software frameworks and re-usable code libraries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zylix is not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from digital platform downtime, ISP disruptions, or changes to third-party search engine algorithms. Electrical contractors remain solely responsible for the technical accuracy and safety certification of their trade services.
